About Me
Coach Narguess is a Level 1 PTR-certified instructor and currently teaches group classes for the City of Berkeley at Cedar Rose Tennis Court. Shas been playing tennis since age six, competing for New Canaan High School’s varsity team and participating as a USTA junior member. As an adult, she deepened her passion for the game through local leagues, drills, and clinics, including training at the Rafa Nadal Academy, Rock Creek Tennis Center, Sea Colony Tennis Center, and Nike Tennis Camps. While living in Washington, D.C., she led adult cardio tennis classes with the Lafayette Tennis Association and served as head coach of the Field School girls' varsity tennis team. As an active USTA Mid-Atlantic member and volunteer, she has contributed to events such as Citi Open Kids Day, Arthur Ashe Kids Day, the USTA Annual Gala, and Girls Rule the Court. In 2021, she won the Capital Tennis Association Cap Classic Mixed Doubles Championship. Coach Narguess loves all aspects of the game, as a player, student, teacher, and observer.
